Select SIN Changes for GSA Schedule 56

by | Dec 17, 2014

Terminations and Mergers

Select Contractors falling under GSA’s Schedule 56 program and select SINs received a notification (updated 12/18/14) this month in regards to the termination of:

  • SIN 641-1: Water Purification Units
  • SIN 641-2: Water Filtration Systems
  • SIN 563-15: Solar Window Film

These SINs will no longer be available effective at the start of the New Year.  SINs 641-1 and 641-2 will be merged with SIN 641-6: Sewage Treatment Equipment/Systems.  SIN 563-15 will be merged with 563-16: Security Film, Blast Migration, Bullet Resistant, and Glass Fragmentation Products for Doors, Windows, and Walls.

The letter notes that a modification will be sent at a later date, however Contractors should be proactive in making revisions to their GSA Pricelist/Catalog now as this will mitigate any unnecessary delays in processing. Make sure your government customers are updated of these SIN changes.

Although this notification was sent to select contractors under the Schedule 56 program, all other contractors holding different SINs are encouraged to be on the lookout for any notifications of the same nature.

If you need help in updating your GSA Pricelist to the latest terms and conditions of the solicitation, let us know!
