GSA’s OASIS team announced the pre-solicitation release of for Pool 2 of the OASIS SB to FBO. We had heard rumors and it has been expected for some time, but an on-ramp opportunity for OASIS SB is finally here!
OASIS SB Pool 2 includes offices of Certified Public Accountants, Tax Preparation Services, Payroll Services, Other Accounting Services and Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities.
OASIS SB is a controversial but successful professional services BPA set-aside for small businesses that GSA launched in 2014. OASIS SB business has totaled $1,147,466,818.84 combined for FY2015 and 2016; $802M of that obligated in FY2016 only.
There are currently nine OASIS SB Pool 2 vendors with total obligated dollars of $7.8M (note there are no WOSB or HUBZone vendors):
- Addx Corporation (SDVOSB)
- Daniel Eke & Associates, P.C. (SB)
- DRT Strategies, Inc. (8a)
- FI Consulting, Inc. dba FI Consulting (SB)
- Fors Marsh Group, LLC (SB)
- Hamilton Enterprises, LLC dba Franklin and Turner International (8a)
- Miracle Systems, LLC (8a)
- RM Advisory Services, LLC (SB)
- Ruchman and Associates, Inc. (SB)
Five agencies currently have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to purchase through the OASIS SB BPA:
- S. Air Force (MOU)
- S. Army (MOU)
- Department of Homeland Security (MOU)
- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) (MOU)
- Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (MOU)
