General Services Administration (GSA) has released Refresh 25 to Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001. Mass Mod A893 has been released for schedule holders for review and acceptance.
This refresh is in response to Executive Order 14168, 14148, 14057, and 14208. Each large category solicitation will include advisories to the “General Information” section with reference to the above mentioned Executive Orders. There will also be clause and provision updates incorporating the following:
- Incorporate the provision and clause deviations, in place of the standard deviations, and remove the clauses, as specified in CD-2025-04, FAR Class Deviation for Revoked Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity.
- Incorporate the provision and clause updates as specified in CD-2025-05, FAR Class Deviation for Section 2 of Executive Order 14148, “Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions,” which revoked Executive Order 14057, and Section 2 of Executive Order 14208, “Ending Procurement and Forced Use of Paper Straws.”
