Contractor cost sharing is a practice whereby government contractors share the cost of research and development of new systems with the government. This practice is frowned upon by the government who believes that research and development of government systems should be borne solely by the government unless there is reasonable probability of commercial application resulting from the R&D effort.
Since 2001 Coley GCS has helped companies worldwide successfully win and manage more than $1 Billion in Government Contracts. We specialize in GSA Schedules but support any contracting vehicle.
