by | Oct 24, 2014

FAR 51 deviation has received an expansive class deviation allowing all federal contracting officers to provide GSA vendors performing time-and-material or labor-hour basis, to purchase ancillary supplies and services from other GSA contractors.  Senior Procurement Executive Jeff Koses signed the class deviation and made the extension valid for five years until 10/22/2019.
